1. Oversleeping :  

You must have heard an old saying “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. That means, waking up early in the morning is good for your health. And health is the real wealth.

A study shows that the people who get some sun in the morning had significantly lower BMIs than those who get ready in the dark.

Oversleeping can increase your level of the appetite-stimulating hormone cortisol, which leads to overeating.

2. Skipping breakfast :

Eating breakfast has long-term health benefits. It can reduce obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.

If you’re skipping breakfast, you may not be successful in reaching your weight loss goal.

3. Not enjoy morning sunlight :

Morning sunlight plays an important role in electrolyte metabolism, protein synthesis, immunity, nerve and muscle functioning, and an array of other physiologic processes. Exposure to early morning sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes (without sunscreen) is good for your health.

4. Don’t meditate  :

Meditation is one of the best treatment for fitness. It helps to boost your immunity and make your body healthy and fit naturally. If you want a healthy body, you should start your day with meditation.

5. Not measuring your weight :

You need a little push in your life to do certain things. Measuring weight every morning is important to lose weight.

6. Not drinking water :

Drinking water with empty stomach helps to maintain the right temperature and nutrient balance in your body. It quickly fills up your stomach and decreases the chance of overeating at breakfast.

 

7. Avoiding exercise :

Exercise helps to fit your body. Avoiding exercise can increase your weight. But, there are appropriate times of the day when you should be exercising. Do exercise at morning time. According to a survey, people can burn up to 20% more body fat by exercising in the morning on an empty stomach.

8. Smoking :

Smoking is a leading contributor to damage almost every organ in your body and is directly responsible for lots of diseases. It can impact all part of your body, especially – brain, heart, lungs, bones and immune system. Smoking can reduce the quality of your sleep and increase your weight.

9. Don’t take healthy and balanced food diets:’

Maintaining a good and balanced food diet helps in reducing the risk of getting suffered from most of the diseases including obesity and overweight. In today’s world, all are busy in consuming western foods that are rich in calories and not paying any heed to necessary food intake. These western foods lead to serious health problems.

It takes 15 to 20 minutes before the brain realizes that your stomach is full and you don’t need anymore. As a result, you have increased the possibility of overeating and also increased the risk for weight gain.
