U.S. has a special preference to Alleppey Finger Curucumin, where it is used as food colorant preferred for curcumin extraction.  In Ayurveda, turmeric is used in medicine.

Needs :-
  1. Turmeric – half teaspoon
  2. Milk
Process :-
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add milk and turmeric in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Take it daily for several weeks or until you see improvement.

Baking sode :

Baking soda is another effective treatment for this disease.

  • Take a glass.
  • Add half teaspoon of baking soda in it.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of psyllium fiber.
  • Take it daily on an empty stomach.

Massage :

Massage Therapy is a type of technique, in which different type of massage are given  that usually depends on your needs as well as your physical condition. It is a manual manipulation of soft body tissue like muscle, connective tissues, tendons e.t.c. to enhance a persons health.

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add some drops of lavender essential oil in olive oil.
  • Now, lie on the bed.
  • Stretch out your body.
  • Now, apply this oil on your lower abdomen.
  • Massage the pelvic area and lower abdomen in circular motions.
  • Do it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Do this process daily until the symptoms subside.


Probiotic yogurt :

Probiotic yogurt is a great remedy to fight with this bacterial infection.

  • Take a bowl.
  • ‘Add half cup of probiotic yogurt in it.
  • Apply it on the infected area ( vulva and vagina ).

Tea tree oil :

Tea tree oil, also known as ti tree oil or melaleuca, has the ability to kill parasites and fungal infections.

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add half cup of warm water in it.
  • Add 2 to 3 drops of tea tree oil in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Use it to rinse your vagina.
  • Do this process once daily for a month.


Hot water remedy :-

Needs :-
  1. Hot water
  2. Hot water bag
Process :-
  • Take a hot water bag.
  • Add hot water in it.
  • Put the bottle on your lower abdomen.
  • Don’t sleep with heating pad to prevent burns.

Beans and lentils
