Capsaicin :  

Capsaicin activates your specific nerve receptors that cause local heat, stinging and/or itching sensations. Its protein transmits pain signals from nerve endings to the brain and helps to activate inflammation in the joints of your leg.

  • Take a sauce pan.
  • Add  ½ cup of olive oil in it.
  • Add two tablespoons of cayenne powder in it.
  • Gently heat it.
  • Whisk until the powder is dissolved.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Take a glass jar.
  • Transfer the solution into the jar.
  • Rub the oil on the joint affected area.

Apple cider vinegar :

Apple cider vinegar have multiple health benefits, including relief from arthritis or joint pain.

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add one cup water in  it.
  • Warm it.
  • Add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in it.
  • Add one teaspoon of honey in it.
  • Drink it daily at morning time.

 

Ginger :

Eat raw ginger :

  • Take a slice of fresh raw ginger.
  • Peel it.

Ginger oil massage :

  • Take some drops of ginger oil on your palm.

Take ginger with caraway seed powder :

Turmeric :
