Bitter gourd :

Bitter gourd is one of the best remedy to cure diabetes.  It tends to influence glucose metabolism to all over your body rather than a particular organ or tissue.

1. Drink the juice of Bitter gourd :

Drink the juice of biter gourd at morning time with an empty stomach helps to reduce diabetes.

  • Take two to three bitter gourds.
  • Wash it well.
  • Remove the seeds from it.
  • Use juicer to extract the juice.
  • Add some water in it.
  • You may add a pinch of salt for test.
  • Drink it.
2. Take the dish made by bitter gourd :

You can take the dish made by bitter guard daily.

Fenugreek seeds :

Fenugreek seeds helps to prevents the accumulation of intestinal waste and excess mucus. It also helps to control your diabetes. It can also be very helpful for the patients suffering from lung cancer.

  1. Take the tea made from fenugreek seeds regularly.
  2. Use some fenugreek seeds in your cooking.

Amla juice :

Amla is a rich anti-oxidant and full of Vitamin-C.  It eliminate toxins from your body and helps to reduce dry hair . It also increase your immune system. Amla also helps to purify your blood and maintain your body temperature.

  • Take 2 fresh Amla.
  • Remove its seed.
  • Grind it with grinder and filter it.
  • Take a glass.
  • Add the Amla Juice in this glass.
  • Add half cup of water in it.

Drink the obtained Amla Juice daily before breakfast.


Wheat-grass juice :  

Wheat-grass juice is one of the best natural remedy for diabetes. It also helps to improve the hemoglobin of your body.

  • Take some wheat-grass.
  • Wash it well.
  • Keep it in juicer.
  • And make its juice.
  • Now, drink its juice.

Note – you may add lemon juice and black salt for test.

Take healthy and balance food diet :

Maintaining a good and balanced food diet helps in reducing the risk of getting suffered from most of the diseases.

You may eat:

  • Beans and lentils : Beans are rich in their Zinc content, Kidney beans contains Niacin (Vitamin B), which helps in maintaining your health
  • Spinach , kale & dark leafy greens : These are rich source of Vitamin C and Vitamin E. It plays an vital role in keeping your body healthy.
  • Fruits and vegetables : Fruits and vegetables like Mangoes, Carrots, Apricots, Sweet potatoes etc. contains beta-carotene (Vitamin A).

Mango Leaves :

Eat soft mango leaves with an empty stomach is one of the best remedy to cure this disease. Some other way to take it including :

  • Take a glass of water.
  • Add 10 to 15 soft mango leaves in it.
  • Soak it overnight.
  • In morning, filter the water.
  • Drink it.
2. Eat mango leaves powder :

Eating the powder of mango leaves can also helps to reduce your diabetics.

  • Take some leaves of mango.
  • Dry it in the shade.
  • Grind it.
  • Eat half teaspoon of this water twice a day.

Neem :

Azadirachta indica also called Neem is an anti-biotic tree. It acts as an evergreen magical treatment for many diseases. Neem is rich in vitamin C and E content and is full of medical property.

  • Take a pan.
  • Heat it.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of butter or ghee in it.
  • Heat it.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of dry neem flowers in it.
  • Fry it.

Eat them with plain boiled rice twice daily for few days.
