The hot and cold compression helps to reduce the symptoms of this arthritis. Hot compress helps to control the pain by relax your sore muscles and joints. While, cold compress helps to dull the pain and reduce your joint swelling and inflammation.

How to do ?
  • Take a hot water bag.
  • Wrap it in a towel for the hot compress.
  • Take some ice cube.
  • Wrap it in a thin towel for the cold compress.
  • Now, place the hot compress on the affected area.
  • Leave it 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove it and just put the cold compress in its place.
  • Leave it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Repeat this process for 10 to 12 minutes daily.

Turmeric :

Turmeric is an ayurvedic herb. Its biological name is Curcumin . It has wide uses in our daily life. It is mostly used as a food substance. In Ayurveda, it is used in medicine.

Turmeric tea.
  • Take 1 cup of water in a pan.
  • Boil it.
