How to get rid of dry hair?

1. Amla :

Amla is a rich anti-oxidant and full of Vitamin-C.  It eliminates toxins from your body and helps to reduce dry hair. It also increases our immune system and promotes hair growth and improve pigmentation of hair.

How to use it:-

  •  Prepare Amla Oil by boiling dry Amla pieces. Then mix this boiled water into coconut oil. It is the best natural tonic for soft hair.
  • Make a paste of 2 spoon Amla powder and 2 spoon lemon juice. Apply this paste on your hair. Let it dry. After that rinse it off with water.
  • Massage your scalp with Amla oil. It is one of the effective remedies for your hair.
  • Use it daily.

2. Lemon :

Lemon is full of Vitamin C and Vitamin B. It contains citric acid, so acetic in nature. It helps to reduce many hair problems, such as  hair lice,  gray hair dandruff etc.

  • Shampoo and condition your hair.
  • Now, take a bowl.
  • Add 3 to 4 teaspoon of  Lemon juice and water in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Use this mixture as a final rinse.

3. Aloe-Vera : 

Aloe vera hair mask helps you to make a natural treatment for damaged hair and make your hair soft and smooth.

  • Take 4 teaspoons of aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon honey, 3 teaspoons of castor oil and 5 teaspoons of cow milk in a bowl.
  • Mix Aloe Vera gelHoney, Castor oil and Cow Milk.
  • Grind this mixture with the help of grinder.
  • Wash your hair and comb it.
  • Keep your hair wet for 5 minutes before applying the mask.
  • Now, apply this mixture on your cleanly washed wet hair.
  • Massage your hair for 5 minutes.
  • Leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Wash your hair with normal water.
  • Shampoo your hair the next day.

Note:- For better result, use it twice in a week.

4. Olive oil :

Olive oil is one of the healthiest ingredients of the Mediterranean diet. This oil is a rich source of antioxidant and fatty acid. It’s good for damaged hairs. It heals the damaged layers by sealing the cuticle with moisture. It also protects the hair from further damage.

  • Apply warm olive oil on your scalp and hair shafts.
  • Massage gently for a few minutes.
  • Now, cover your hair with a warm towel.
  • Leave it on for at least 30 minutes.
  • Shampoo and condition your hair.

Note:- For better result, use it twice in a week.

5. Avocado :

Avocado is rich in vitamins, fat, protein, essential fatty acids and natural oils that can help to repair your damaged hairs.

  • Take 1 ripe avocado and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
  • mix the pulp of avocado and olive oil in a blender.
  • When it gets a thin, smooth consistency, apply it to your hair.
  • Leave it on for about 1 hours.
  • Wash it.

6. Banana :

Banana is high potassium, fortifying vitamins, natural oils. The moisture content in bananas can help soften your hair and improve its elasticity.

  • Take a ripe banana.
  • Mash it.
  • Apply it to your hair.
  • Allow it to sit for 1 hour.
  • Rinse it off with lukewarm water.

7. Fenugreek (Methi) seeds:-  

Fenugreek seeds are rich in amino acids. It nourished your hair and make it soft and smooth.

  • Take 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek seed and 1 cup of hot water.
  • Take Fenugreek seeds into a bowl and add the hot water.
  • Leave it for 5 hours.
  • Now, Grind these Fenugreek seeds.
  • Rinse your hair with this paste.

Note:- For better result, repeat this process twice in every 15 days.
