Ginger :

Ginger is an effective remedy to cure your gastric problems.

1. Ginger, fennel and cardamom :
  • Take two pinch of crashed ginger.
  • Add two pinch of fennel in it.
  • Also add two pinch of crashed cardamom in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Take a cup of water.
  • Add one teaspoon of this mixture in it.
  • Drink it twice a day.
2. Ginger juice :
  • Take one teaspoon of ginger juice.
  • Add a pinch of asafetida in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Consume it daily.
3. Chew ginger :
  • Take a small piece of ginger.
  • Wash it well.
  • Chew it daily after meals.
4. Ginger Tea :
  • Take a sauce-pan.
  • Add 1 cup of water in it.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of crashed ginger in it.
  • Boil it well.
  • Drink it twice a day.


Baking Soda and Lemon :  

Baking soda ( sodium bicarbonate ) is a an effective antacid to get rid of gastric problem. It works better when combined with lemon juice.

  • Take a glass of warm water.
  • Add the juice of half lemon in it.
  • Also add one teaspoon of baking soda in it.
  • Drink it immediately.

Aloe-Vera :

Aloe Vera helps to reduce the inflammation of stomach lining with its anti-inflammatory activity.

  • Take a glass of water.
  • Add 2 teaspoon of fresh aloe-vera jel in it.
  • Blend it well.
  • Drink it.

Green cabbage :

Cabbage is a rich source of ulcer healing factor known as vitamin U, that helps to get rid of your stomach problems.

  • Take a cup of fresh cabbage juice.
  • Drink it daily at morning time.

Yogurt :

Yogurt contains healthy bacteria which helps to reduce your gastric problems.

  • Take  1-2 cups of yogurt.
  • Eat it daily.

Honey :

Honey helps to kill the harmful bacteria in your stomach and get rid of gastric problem.

  • Take a glass of warm water.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of honey in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Drink this solution daily on an empty stomach.

Cumin seeds :

Cumin or jira is an antiseptic that helps to get rid of stomach problem.

  • Take glass of warm water.
  • Add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera) powder in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Drink it with meals.
