Snoring is a sleep sound that happens due to the vibration of respiratory structures and obstructed air movement during breathing. Some people makes soft sound when they snore while some make loud and unpleasant sound during sleep, that is very irritating. It may be a symbol of any disease like – Obstructive Sleep Apnea ( OSA ) .

Lose your weight :-

If you are overweight, the please lose your weight. There are different areas in your body, where you may store excess fats. Obesity means the accumulation of too much fats in the form of adipose tissue in body. These extra calories are generated when the difference between calories in and calories out is more. In this case, calorie in is more while calorie out is less in comparison. It may cause many diseases, like snoring,  Diabetes, Blood Presser, Heart Problems, etc. You can easily control it by a healthy routine, like –  healthy food diet, exercise, etc.

Breath with your nose :-

Many people breath with mouth at the time of sleeping. Its one of the cause of this disease. So, always breath with your nose.

Sleeping position :-

When you sleep then you are usually lying down. Gravity acts to pull on all the tissues of your body, but the tissues of the pharynx are relatively soft as well as floppy. That’s why when you lie on your backs, gravity pulls the palate, tonsils as well as your tongue backwards. This often narrow your airway enough to cause turbulence in airflow, tissue vibration and snorings.

Use pillow :-

Always use soft pillow when sleeping. It helps to elevate your head, so that your airways open.

Avoid alcohol and smoking :-

Alcohol and smoking are one of the common cause of snore. So, avoid it.
