Home remedy :-

Honey for your skin:-

Honey contains 17% water and 82% carbohydrates and also contains low amount of fats, dietary fiver and protein.  It is also rich in Vitamin-B6. Honey acts as a natural remedy for your skin. It erases your dead cell of skin and makes it fresh and glorious. It also helps to get rid of pimples and acne.

Needs :-

  1. Honey – 1 teaspoon
  2. Raw milk – 2 teaspoon
  3. Cotton swab

Process :-

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add Honey and milk in it.
  • Apply it on your skin with cotton swab.
  • Leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with water.

Milk for your skin :-

Milk is good source of calcium, protein, iodine, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins B2 and B12. It makes your skin healthy, smooth and white. After regular use of milk, you can get your soft and smooth and makes your skin white.

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add one teaspoon of milk.
  • Now, add half teaspoon of milk cream.
  • Add few drops lemon juice in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Apply it on your dry, itchy and cracked skin areas.
  • Leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse it off.
  • Do this process once a day.

Yogurt for your skin :-

Yogurt has lactic acid that helps to get rid of any germs or bacteria that may cause dryness or itchiness of your skin.

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add yogurt on it.
  • Apply it on your dry skin area like – face, leg, hands.
  • Massage it well.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Now, take a bath.

Olive Oil :-

Olive oil is one of the healthiest ingredient of Mediterranean diet. According to a new survey, the people who regularly use this oil in their cooking and dressing have 40% less risk of stroke, compared with those who never use this oil. This oil is a rich source of antioxidant and fatty acid. It is obtained by pressing Olives and is made mainly in the Mediterranean region, mostly in Greece, Italy and Spain. Spain is the largest producer of it. It is the only fats that is good for your health. Olive oil also helps to solve various dry skin problems.

Process :-

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add 4 drops of olive oil and 1 egg yolks in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Apply it on your dry skin.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash it with water.

Papaya for your skin :-

Papaya is amazing for your skin & face. It repair your dry skin and makes your skin glowing, healthy.

  • Take a bowl,
  • Add one slice of ripe papaya in it.
  • Mash it well.
  • Now, add 5 to 7 teaspoon of yogurt in it.
  • Add few drops of Honey in it.
  • Add few drops of lemon juice in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Apply this paste on your dry skin.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with cold water.

Pineapple :-

Pineapple has several health and beauty benefits. It removes dead and dry layer of your skin.

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add 4 to 5 teaspoon of pineapple juice in it.
  • Add few drops of olive oil in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Apply it on your skin.
  • Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with cold water.

 Glycerin :-

Glycerin is a sweet colorless liquid, which used as a solvent, sweetener, and antifreeze and in making explosives and soaps. It is also used in cosmetic products. Glycerin protect your skin from dryness and makes it soft.

Process :-

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add glycerin and rose water in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now, apply this paste on your face as well as dry skin.
  • Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Wash it with luke warm water.

Fresh Aloe – Vera :-

Aloe Vera Treatment acts as a home remedy for several health and beauty issues. It is also evident that Aloe Vera gel is able to kill bacteria as well as speed wound healing.

  • Clean the aloe-vera leaf with water.
  • Extract its gel from leaf.
  • Apply it on your dark area.

Watermelon Juice :-

  • Take hot drinks like coffee, tea.
